Development of a Bathing Accident Monitoring System Using a Depth Sensor

چکیده

Among the domestic accidents that occur globally, a few percent are due to accidental drowning, mostly related bathing. This letter examines countermeasures against bathing and proposes accident monitoring system prevent drowning loss of consciousness during considers user's privacy uses only depth information acquired by sensor installed in bathroom. grasps movement bather with informs others, such as bather's family, when might be occurring. In this letter, we mainly analyzed data from sensors developed automatic detection conditions. Automatic state was experimentally evaluated an actual The scenario for experiment natural flow series general movements (e.g., normal bathing, wiping face, touching shoulders) reproduction state. As result, it shown rate at applicable level.
